Another activity that can be done around Sigiriya. This is a safari to a village in Sigiriya. The safari starts with a bullock cart (a cart pull by a Bull). The next step is the safari is going by a tractor. The tractor will be parked at a lake and the rest of the journey will be by rowing boat. After the boat tour, you will travel to a village house. Here you can enjoy a traditional Sri Lankan lunch and watch the villagers prepare it. You can also join in cooking it if you like. Finally, the village tour ends with a tuk tuk ride.
